TEXTING TERM OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY
Inquiries are welcome to text with inquiries, questions or thoughts. Galvan Hakeem & De Los Santos, PLLC (GHD) may use information as described below in our Texting "Terms of Service" & "Privacy Policy":
- Introduction
* Third Party Agents that Assist in Providing Messaging Service: GHD will not share your opt-in to any third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with a related campaign. We may share your personal data with third party service providers that helps GHD provide messaging services including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies and other vendors who directly assist GHD in relation to text message delivery. These third party service providers will be obligated to GHD not to share or release your information.
* Any Third Party Agent or service provider will be subject to this policy.
* All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent and this information will not be shared with any Third parties.
2. Purpose of SMS Notifications
* Our SMS Notifications are designed only to respond to incoming text inquiries, formal notifications and/or inquiries from current GHD clients.

You consent to receive automated or manual Texas messages from GHD regarding incoming text inquiries, formal notifications and/or inquiries from current GHD clients. This includes specific messages involving but not limited to the following - appointment times; substantive case updates and answering inquiries. Consent is not required to purchase legal services from GHD and opt out of future communications will always remain available.
* GHD will be collecting opt-in verbally from their contacts. They will be able to opt-in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if they call. When they speak for the first time, they will be asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if they would like to opt-in to SMS-based marketing, updates, and informative messages. They will be verbally informed that "message and data rates may apply," "message frequency may vary," and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time." They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions have been provided in the TCR registration form under Call to Action/Message Flow.
* Once opting-in verbally a text will be sent, and it will include the same opt-in language provided verbally. It will give the contact another option to opt-in or opt-out.
* This is GHD. Reply YES to confirm you want to receive marketing, updates, and informative SMS messages. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or opt-out, or HELP for help."
4. Opt-Out Instructions
* Your consent to receive automated or manual text messages is entirely and wholly voluntarily. You may opt-out at any time:
** To stop receive messages, reply "STOP"; "END"; "CANCEL"; "UNSUBSCRIBE" or "QUIT" to any SMA message from GHD.
** You may also email us to Legal@GHDLaw.biz with your opt-out request.
** After you opt out you will receive a final confirmation message and no further message will be sent to your number.
** Re-enrollments is permitted.

Your data will be used solely for the purposes described in this policy regarding incoming text inquiries, formal notifications and/or inquiries from current GHD clients. * To participate in GHD's SMS notifications service, you must:
** Be 18 years of age or older.
** Own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging.
** Be a subscriber to a wireless service with texting capabilities and furthermore please not that not all mobile carriers support
this service.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
* By using our SMS notifications service, you agree to resolve any disputes with GHD on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. You waive your right to a trial by jury and agree that any claims will be resolved through final and binding arbitration. If you do not agree to these terms please do not participate in this SMS service.
13. Miscellaneous
* You warrant and represent that you have the necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions and that your participation in this SMS service does not violate any other contracts or obligations. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
* We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you via SMS or email, and your continued participation in the SMS service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
